It’s a culture that encourages curiosity, creativity, and continuous growth—both personally and professionally. I feel very fortunate and proud to be part of the Grassfish family.

What's your role like today and describe your Grassfish journey.
I joined Grassfish in March 2024, so I’m still relatively new to the company. I work as a Project Coordinator for one of the four teams in the Consulting department, where I focus on planning, organizing, and coordinating projects. My role involves a lot of administrative tasks, collaboration with colleagues, and regular communication with our customers. No two days are the same, but ultimately, my job is about keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring things go well for both our team and our clients.

What has been your biggest highlight since joining Grassfish?
Realizing that there are virtually no limits to what we can deliver to our customers has been a major highlight. Every solution is tailored to the specific client—every brand, every challenge is unique. There’s never a one-size-fits-all approach. Watching talented minds come together to solve real-world problems is incredibly motivating. Beyond that, the camaraderie and activities we share outside of work truly make Grassfish feel like more than just a workplace.

How do you live our company culture?
I strive to be solutions-oriented, curious, and open-minded when it comes to learning new things. I always keep the customer in focus—whether it’s during development, problem-solving, or communication. I work to understand their needs and help create solutions that provide real value. I’m not afraid to propose new ideas or question existing ways of working. I’m committed to continuous improvement—for the benefit of our customers and for internal growth. Lastly, I really value cross-functional collaboration. By sharing knowledge and supporting each other, we achieve better outcomes together.

What excites you most about the digital in-store industry?
The variety of opportunities that constantly surround us. Since joining Grassfish, I’ve gained an entirely new perspective on the digital in-store world. Nowadays, when I, for example, visit a store, an airport, or an arena, I notice the digital in-store solutions and reflect on what we can learn from them — or how we might have done it differently or better. What excites me the most is that this industry is always evolving. Something that feels innovative and exciting today might be outdated by next week. As someone still relatively new to the field, there’s so much to learn — and that constant learning process is both fun and incredibly inspiring.

What is the best part of your job?
The variety in my workdays, meeting our customers — and of course, my colleagues. I enjoy being involved from the early stages of an idea all the way to seeing the final solution come to life. I also enjoy being the “spider in the web,” coordinating between different people and processes to make things happen.
