Job description and key responsibilities
We are looking for a Head of Delivery to lead and develop our Delivery Team at Grassfish. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and high-quality delivery of customer orders while continuously improving the team’s performance, processes, and ways of working.
As Head of Delivery, you will combine operational leadership with hands-on delivery work. In addition to leading the team, you will actively support the daily order management process, helping to resolve challenges, remove bottlenecks, and maintain a close understanding of the team’s operational reality. This hands-on approach is essential to driving continuous improvement and ensuring that customer commitments are delivered with excellence.
You will play a key role in securing smooth day-to-day operations, supporting your team and ensuring that customer commitments are met with excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop the Delivery Team
Take overall responsibility for the delivery of customer orders and projects
Actively participate in daily order management and delivery activities to support the team and gain firsthand insight into operational challenges
Monitor, analyze, and follow up on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Drive continuous improvements of processes, routines, and ways of working
Prioritize incoming orders and allocate resources effectively
Act as a senior point of support and a sounding board for the team in operational matters
Ensure high levels of service and customer satisfaction
Collaborate closely with customers, suppliers, installation partners, and internal stakeholders
Contribute to the strategic development of the Delivery Team

Previous experience in a leadership role with personnel responsibility
Experience working with delivery, supply chain, operations, logistics, or project coordination
Strong analytical skills and experience working with KPIs and performance management
A structured and process-oriented way of working
Excellent prioritization and decision-making skills
High coordination and collaboration skills
Strong communication skills and a service-minded approach
Experience working in business systems and ERP platforms
The ability to motivate and support a team in a fast-paced environment
