Job description
As the CEO of Grassfish, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of the business operations within Grassfish. Reporting directly to Vertiseit Group’s CEO, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategic plans and goals, ensuring the successful operation and development of the business. You will lead Grassfish together with a strong international management team, and represent Grassfish in Vertiseit’s group management.
Key responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve company objectives.
- Operational Leadership: Lead the daily operations of Grassfish, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Goal Achievement: Deliver on long-term goals, financial targets, and budget.
- Cultural Promotion: Strengthen and promote the Vertiseit Group culture and guiding principles.
- Team Support: Support and assist team leaders, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to succeed.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners and employees.
