We are now looking for a Software Tester (m/w/d) based in Vienna and we hope you like challenges! Beyond other things, you will create and update both automated and manual test cases whilst working alongside great colleagues and an inspiring line manager.

Your line manager

• Seasoned software testing (b|p)ro with 12 years experience in enterprise grade software
• Knows what's what and who's who in the Grassfishverse
• Applies his trade of managing the streams of information about the what when and where at Grassfish for the past two years
• Can be found either on Twitch or the mats of the friendly neighbourhood dojang in his free time

Key responsibilities

• Create and update automated test cases in Cypress with TypeScript and Cucumber
• Design and implement a QA automation plan for our existing product
• Create and update manual test cases
• Manual software testing for new features and fixes
• Review of specifications for new features

Your profile

We are looking for someone with...

• 3+ years in software testing
• Solid grasp of software development processes (SCRUM, Agile SW Development)
• Working knowledge of test automation
• A strong commitment to improvement and growth
• Initiative and drive to work independently and achieve a lot
• Good communication skills in German and English

The position is full-time and we are offering a minimum base gross salary of EUR 2.300 per month, however the contract is individually negotiated and based on qualifications and previous experience.
