Job description and key responsibilities

We are now looking for a Project Coordinator (m/w/d) to strengthen our DACH Team. As a Project Coordinator, you coordinate resources within what we call a Squad. A Squad here is a cross-functional team of Project Coordinators, Developers, Platform Operators and Designers that use their skills in the most value-creating way possible for both Grassfish and our customers and partners.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordination and support of various projects to meet milestones on time
• Creation, management and regular review of project plans including coordinating of resources
• Proactive project communication in both English and German with customers, partners as well as within the own squad and other internal departments
• Management of projected goals and quality standard goals
• Sales order management and revenue recognition
• Project documentation

• An educational background within technology and/or business-related disciplines, or equivalent work experience
• Practical experience within digital project management or coordination supporting digital business initiatives from start to finish
• An understanding of agile working principles
• High level of customer service and good cooperation skills with colleagues, customers, and partners
• Self-motivation, flexibility, enthusiasm and fluency in English and German (both oral and written)
• An exceptional interest to learn new tools & systems as well interested in digital topics

The position is full-time and located in the office in Vienna.

For this position, we are offering a minimum base gross salary of EUR 3.000 per month, however the contract is individually negotiated and based on qualifications and previous experience.
